Amino IV therapy has emerged as a game-changer in the quest for muscle building. By directly providing the essential amino acids needed for muscle growth and recovery, it offers a unique advantage for fitness enthusiasts and athletes. However, it's crucial to remember that Amino IV therapy should be part of a comprehensive approach that includes proper nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices. When used wisely and under professional guidance, it can be a potent tool in unlocking one's muscle building potential.

Here are some key ways in which Amino IV therapy can enhance muscle building:

1. Protein Synthesis Boost: Essential amino acids provided by Amino IV therapy promote protein synthesis, the process by which muscle fibers repair and grow after exercise. This accelerates muscle recovery and contributes to muscle hypertrophy, or growth.

2. Reduced Muscle Soreness: Amino IV therapy can help reduce post-workout muscle soreness, allowing individuals to train more consistently and with greater intensity, ultimately leading to increased muscle gains.

3. Enhanced Workout Endurance: Amino acids support energy production during exercise, delaying the onset of fatigue. This enables longer, more productive workouts that stimulate greater muscle growth.

4. Nitrogen Balance: Maintaining a positive nitrogen balance is crucial for muscle building. Amino IV therapy ensures an adequate supply of amino acids, helping the body remain in a muscle-building state.

5. Recovery Acceleration: Faster recovery between workouts means more frequent training sessions, which can lead to more significant muscle gains over time.

Side effect

Amino Acids is usually well tolerated. Yet nausea, vomiting, flushing and sweating have been observed during infusion of Amino Acids at rates exceeding the recommended maximal rate. Hypersensitivity reactions have been reported. Like all hypertonic infusion solution, thrombophlebitis may occur when peripheral veins are used.

Contraindication

  • Amino acid is contraindicated in patients with inborn errors of amino acids metabolism

  • Irreversible liver damage

  • Severe uremia when dialysis facilities are not available

  • Patients with cardiovascular dysfunction (An increase in the circulating blood volume may worsen the patient’s clinical condition.

How often ?

Can do as frequent as once every 1-2 weeks
